   Participate in the acceptance and commissioning of vessel installation;

Supervise and inspect the operation, maintenance and calibration of safety devices of vessels;

   Organize the preparation of annual inspection plan of containers according to the periodic inspection cycle of containers. And be responsible for organizing the implementation;

   Organize the formulation of maintenance and repair procedures for vessels and technical review of vessel transformation, repair, inspection and scrapping;

   Be responsible for the registration, filing, management, statistics and reporting of technical data of containers; 

   Participate in the investigation and analysis of container accidents and report as required;

   Submit the implementation of the regular inspection plan of the container in the current year and the defects of the container to the relevant superior departments every year;

   Organize inspection personnel, welding personnel and operators to conduct safety technical training and technical assessment;

   Prepare safety management rules and regulations for pressure vessels.
