The glass lining layer has high brittleness and is prone to cracking or peeling when impacted by hard objects or subjected to severe vibration. Therefore, careful operation and maintenance are necessary.

3. High manufacturing and repair costs

High quality glass lining equipment is expensive, and the repair process after damage is complex, requiring professional return to the factory for processing.

4. Process limitations

Not suitable for fluorine-containing media (such as hydrofluoric acid) or hot phosphoric acid scenarios above 180 ℃.
