Due to the characteristics of materials and specifications of glass-lined reactors and other equipment, plus the need to meet the equipment transportation conditions, so the general reactors and other porcelain-lined equipment can not all be assembled and shipped as a whole, but after strict inspection and qualified, respectively, the porcelain-lined parts are packaged and shipped, and then the equipment is installed and commissioned after reaching the user.

The following are the steps of glass-lined reactor installation：

First is the inspection of all the enameled parts of the enameled equipment before installation. When you receive the equipment, you must check all the equipment such as glass lined reactor body, inner wall glass lined layer, reducer, glass lined tank body, tank cover, glass lined stirring, etc. carefully, and only when it is in good condition can you sign for it before entering the next step of installation.

The installation principle of porcelain lined reactor: "one vertical, two centered, three horizontal" method of operation. One vertical means the end face of the glass lined stirring shaft and the static ring of the mechanical seal are vertical; two centered means the stirring shaft of the glass lined stirrer is in the center of the mechanical seal and the stirring shaft is in the center of the stirring hole; three horizontal means the level of the reactor body, the level of the reducer and the level of the mechanical seal.

Installation steps of the porcelain lined reactor：

1. install the porcelain-lined reactor tank body fixed on the bracket or specific support to find the level with the level meter.

2. lay a soft mat that does not affect the quality of the enamel, such as a rubber sheet or sheepskin mat, on the bottom of the enamel reactor, and then slowly put the stirring into the tank onto the top of the mat.

3. Put the matching teflon gasket on the mouth of the tank, and then close the lid of the reactor after turning the orientation of the pipe opening on the lid according to the process requirements; (It is worth noting that the lid should be guaranteed to be high enough to avoid the enamel surface on the lid from touching the stirring connection shaft head, and at least two people inside the tank to support the stirring shaft, and the flange gasket must be placed when the lid is closed and the stirring shaft sticks out of the pipe opening, and the flange gasket should be removed) (Protect the plastic of tetrafluoro and then wrap the raw material two to three times to make the seal effective.)

4. evenly and symmetrically lock on the card equipped with porcelain enamel reactor (should be symmetrical pairs on the card, and evenly stressed in three to four times squeezed, the last time the best one with the same force squeeze) and then install the mechanical seal or stuffing box.

5. install the reducer, first open the reducer's air blade shell, rotate the motor's air blade after the stirring is mentioned in position, connect the stirring shaft with the reducer, install the anti-loosening ring and lock the anti-loosening nut.

6. install the temperature measuring tube: remove the protective straw rope on the stirring and then rotate the stirring to see if the stirring touches the temperature measuring tube and the barrel body.

7. Install the glass-lined discharge valve: before installing the bottom valve, the handwheel should be screwed to the bottom (i.e., the valve is in the closed state) to ensure that the tetrafluoro orifice plate is in the correct seal center position. If the PTFE orifice plate is misaligned during installation, the PTFE orifice plate and the spool will not be centered. The filler in the bottom valve should be pressed regularly and the mechanical part of the valve should be oiled regularly. 8.

8. Installation of glass-lined pipes and glass-lined tower sections: PTFE gaskets should be added at the joints (the thickness of the PTFE gasket is determined according to the weight of the pipe or tower and the deformation of the orifice), which is conducive to the sealing of the orifice.

Through the above 8-step operation a glass-lined reactor is installed and can be put into production after the corresponding commissioning test.
