The common solution to meet the glass lined reactor is not automatic water supply method

In the face of the glass lined reactor automatic water system failure, really need to take timely measures to ensure that the reactor can operate normally. I. Problem analysis

1. Insufficient air content:

When there is very little or almost no air content in the reactor, the pump may not be able to effectively disconnect the pressure switch during the filling process. This will lead to no pressure in the pressure tank and output piping, and then no water will flow out when the tap is opened.

2. Pressure switch and pipework condition:

Failure of the pressure switch to disconnect properly may be due to internal mechanical failure or improper settings. If there is no pressure in the output pipework, water cannot be pushed to the kettle.

 

Solution

1. Check and release air:

First check to see if the kettle has a bleeder valve, and if so, open it to release the internal air. If there is no bleeder valve, consider opening the pressure switch to release some of the water to increase the internal air content.

2. Adjust the pressure switch:

Check the setting of the pressure switch to ensure that it will disconnect at the correct pressure. If it is found to be improperly set, adjust it to ensure it is working properly.

3. Check and clear pipework:

Check the output pipework for blockages or leaks to ensure that it is clear and unobstructed. Clean the pipes of impurities and dirt to improve water flow efficiency.

4. Operate the bottom valve to drain:

If none of the above methods are effective, consider releasing some of the sewage in the bottom valve in an attempt to restore the automatic water up function. Make sure to close the relevant valves before operation to avoid sewage leakage.

5. Re-energise and test:

After carrying out the above operations, re-power on the system to test whether the automatic water supply system is back to normal. If there is still a problem, please check the power cord and control system for faults.

III. Preventive Measures

Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the automatic water supply system to ensure that it is in good working condition.

Train operators: Provide relevant training to operators to improve their ability of troubleshooting and emergency handling.

Establishment of emergency plans: the development of automatic water system failure of the emergency plan, so that in case of failure can quickly respond and solve the problem.
