Mark: F ① - ②/③ - ④ ⑤ ⑥ GB/T25026-2010

⑥ - Mixing shaft seal code: There are two types of mechanical seals (direct type is P, and transition plate type is PC); There are two types of packing seals (direct type is S, and transition plate type is SC);

⑤ - Reactor code: slurry type J, impeller type Y, other N;

④ - Transmission device code: W type is represented by W, DZ type is represented by D, and SZ type is represented by S;

③ - nominal diameter, mm; ②-- Nominal volume, L;

① - Design pressure of content container, MPa: 0.25, 0.6, 1.0; F-code for glass lined reactor.

Example of marking: The design pressure of the content container is 0.25MPa, the nominal volume is 20000L, and the nominal diameter is 2800mm. The transmission device is a DZ type, impeller type mixer, and a glass lined closed mixing container with a transition plate type mechanical seal. The marking is: F025-20000/2800-DYPCGB/T25026-2010.

2、 Open glass lined reactor

Mark: K ① - ②/③ - ④ ⑤ ⑥ GB/T25027-2010

⑥ - Shaft seal code: P for mechanical seals and S for packing seals;

⑤ - Mixer code: anchor type M, frame type K, slurry type J, impeller type Y, other N;

④ - Transmission device code: W type is represented by W, DZ type is represented by D, and SZ type is represented by S;

③ - nominal diameter, mm;

② - nominal volume, L;

① - Design pressure of content container, MPa: 0.25, 0.6, 1.0; K - Code for glass lined reaction kettle.

Example of marking: The design pressure of the container is 0.60MPa, the nominal volume is 2000L, the nominal diameter of the container is 1300mm, the transmission device is W-type, the agitator is frame type, and the shaft seal is a mechanically sealed reaction kettle. The marking is: K0.6-2000/1300-WKPGB/T25027-2010.
