Today, the editor will mainly talk about the classification of wall type heat exchangers. Common tube type heat exchangers belong to this category, and there are five other types. Let's learn from the editor together.
(1) Jacketed heat exchanger
Structure: The jacket type heat exchanger is made by installing a jacket on the outer wall of the container
(2) Immersive coil heat exchanger
Structure: This type of heat exchanger is often wound with metal pipes or made into various structures suitable for the container, and immersed in the liquid inside the container
(3) Spray heat exchanger
Structure: Cooling water is poured down from the spray device of the top pipe and flows down the surface of the pipe. The cooled fluid flows into the top pipe and out of the bottom pipe, exchanging heat with the outside cooling water. During the downflow process, cooling water can be collected and redistributed.
(4) Tubular heat exchanger
Structure: Concentric sleeves composed of different diameters can be connected with U-shaped tubes according to heat exchange requirements, with the aim of increasing heat transfer area. Cold and hot fluids can flow in reverse or parallel.
Tubular heat exchangers, also known as shell and tube heat exchangers, are the most typical inter wall heat exchangers with a long history of application and a dominant position.
(6) Plate heat exchanger
