Glass lined reactor specification parameters

The specification parameters of glass lined reactor mainly include volume, temperature range, pressure range, stirring speed, thickness of porcelain layer and so on. The following are the specific parameters:

1, volume:

The volume of glass lined reactor has various specifications, such as 10L, 20L, 50L, 100L and larger 3000L.

2, temperature range:

The working temperature of glass-lined reactor is usually between 0-200℃, and the jacket temperature can reach a similar range, but the specifics may vary depending on the model.

Certain equipment may have higher resistance to rapid temperature change, such as ≥200℃.

3, pressure range:

The allowable working pressure of the glass-lined reactor is usually within a certain range, such as ≤0.37Mpa in the tank, ≤0.58Mpa in the jacket, or the jacket pressure is 0.25MPa, etc.

4, stirring speed:

Stirring speed varies according to the type of stirrer, such as anchor and frame type stirring speed may be 63 and 85r/min, slurry type 80 and 125r/min, impeller type may be ≤130r/min, etc.. There are also equipment mixing speed is fixed 63r/min, etc..

5, porcelain layer thickness:

Glass-lined equipment is usually between 0.8-2.0mm thickness of porcelain layer, equipment accessories may be between 0.6-2.3mm or 0.6-1.8mm thickness of porcelain layer.

In addition, the glass-lined reactor also has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, non-stick, etc., can withstand various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents and weak alkali corrosion (hydrofluoric acid, fluoride ion-containing media, concentration ≥180 ℃ concentrated phosphoric acid and strong alkali exceptions), and has a smooth and clean surface, is not easy to stain the material.
