Disk Type Glass Lined Condenser Introduction
The glass lined disc type condenser is an overlapping assembly structure composed of a glass lined disc type upper and lower cover, a single piece body, a neoprene or asbestos gasket wrapped in a "tetrafluoro" film, U-shaped rubber tubes, and fasteners. The condensation area of disk type glass lined condenser has great flexibility and adjustability. Users can increase or reduce the number of body pieces according to the production process needs for assembly, thereby obtaining the required heat exchange area.
1. Operating temperature: -20 ℃ -200 ℃
2. Condenser operating pressure: ≤ 0.085MPa inside the condenser, ≤ 0.1MPa inside the jacket
3. Condenser heat transfer coefficient: 485 Kcal/hm2C
4. Voltage resistance of condenser ceramic layer: 20Kv
5. Thickness of condenser ceramic layer: 0.8-2.0mm
