1、 Structure and Composition

Tank body

Made of carbon steel lined with glass lining material, it combines metal strength and glass corrosion resistance, and can resist strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

The design complies with pressure vessel standards, with a manhole, sight glass, and sprinkler system at the top, and a detachable flange connected bottom cover at the bottom to support the filter element.

Functional components

Filtering device: The bottom is equipped with sintered mesh, filter plate or filter cloth, supporting vacuum suction filtration or pressure filtration.

Mixing system: Adjustable speed anchor/paddle type mixing paddle, used for material mixing, filter cake dispersion, and heat transfer optimization.

Heating/cooling jacket: The outer wall jacket is filled with steam, thermal oil, or cooling medium for temperature control.

Transmission system: motor-driven mixing and lifting mechanism, some equipment supports tank lifting and unloading.

Sealing system: Double end mechanical seal or PTFE soft seal to ensure airtightness.
