Description of safe operation environment of enamel reactor

Enamel reactor has excellent acid corrosion resistance and is used as reactor or storage tank in the chemical industry. Due to the particularity of the working environment, attention should be paid not to exceed the rated value when using, that is to say, the following safe operating conditions should be met when using:

1. Allowable higher operating pressure: 6kg/cm2 in the tank jacket, 2.5kg/cm2 in the tank, or as specified on the equipment nameplate.

2. Check the pipes and valves related to the enamel reactor, and feed materials only when the conditions for receiving materials are met.

3. Check whether the mixing motor, reducer, mechanical seal, etc. are normal, whether the oil level of reducer is appropriate, and whether the cooling water supply of mechanical seal is normal.

4. Under the condition of ensuring no abnormality, start mixing and input materials according to the specified amount.

5. It is strictly forbidden to run the reactor above 10m3 or the reactor with bottom bearing when stirring. The stirring can only be started when the bottom bearing is immersed in the liquid level.

6. Strictly implement the process operation procedures, pay close attention to the temperature and pressure in the reactor and the jacket pressure of the reactor, and it is strictly prohibited to exceed the temperature and pressure.

7. Patrol inspection shall be carried out during the reaction process, and problems found shall be handled in a timely manner.

8. In case of overtemperature, use water to cool down immediately. The temperature after cooling shall meet the process requirements.

9. In case of overpressure, open the vent valve immediately. Emergency pressure relief.

10. Parking; Stop feeding in case of shutdown caused by power failure; In case of power failure during feeding, stop feeding and open the vent valve to cool the water supply. For long-term shutdown, the residual liquid in the kettle shall be cleaned, and the bottom valve, feed valve, steam inlet valve, discharge valve, etc. shall be closed.
