Design of pond glass slurry agitator

The glass-lined paddle agitator is divided into two types: flat paddle and inclined paddle. Each type is divided into one paddle and two paddle. The number of mixing blades per gear is 4, belonging to radial mixing, and the main function is shearing. The standard glass-lined paddle agitator speed is not more than 125r/min, which is generally slow mixing.

In addition to shearing the material, the paddle agitator with inclined paddle has the function of axial liquid circulation. But in general, paddle mixing is a backward mixing type with little advantages.

Paddle type agitator can be designed as 1~4 inclined paddle type or flat paddle type agitator according to the needs of production process, which is related to the viscosity, density and shear requirements of materials.

This type of glass-lined agitator is applicable to the dispersion and crystallization of low-viscosity materials.

In the design and manufacture of paddle agitator blades, attention must be paid to the flattening of the blades, and the more flattening, the greater the shear effect.
