① During the operation of the glass lined reactor, strictly follow the operating procedures and prohibit overheating and overpressure. Strictly operate and use according to the working pressure and temperature marked on the product nameplate to avoid danger. If the pressure is too high, check if there is any blockage at the inlet and outlet.
② Strictly follow the regulations on cooling, oil injection, and other aspects in the product manual, and maintain the equipment properly. If a condenser is equipped, it can be determined whether to clean the heat exchange pipeline based on the heat exchange effect.
③ The loading capacity inside the reactor should not exceed the effective capacity of the reactor. Overloading is strictly prohibited to avoid burning out the motor or damaging components such as the reducer.
④ When using all valves, the valve stem (needle) should be slowly rotated to tightly press the cover surface to achieve sealing effect. Do not use excessive force when closing to avoid damaging the sealing surface.
⑤ Electrical control instruments should be operated by dedicated personnel and overload protection facilities should be installed according to regulations.
⑥ Control the temperature of the jacket (or coil) and reactor according to process indicators
⑦ Avoid the superposition of temperature difference stress and internal pressure stress, causing strain in the equipment,
⑧ Strictly control the ingredient ratio to prevent severe reactions
⑨ Pay attention to whether there are abnormal vibrations and sounds in the reaction kettle. If any faults are found, they should be inspected, repaired, and eliminated in a timely manner
⑩ Check if all inlet and outlet valves of the reaction kettle are in good condition and usable. If there are any problems, they must be dealt with in a timely manner.
⑪ Check if the flange and base bolts of the glass lined reactor are loose, and if the safety cover is intact and reliable
⑫ Check the reactor body for cracks, deformation, bulging, perforation, corrosion, leakage, etc., and ensure that the insulation, paint, etc. are intact, and there are no peeling or burning conditions.
⑬ Check whether safety devices such as safety valves, explosion-proof membranes, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc. are accurate, sensitive, and easy to use. Check whether safety valves and pressure gauges have been calibrated and properly sealed with lead. Check whether the red line of the pressure gauge is correct and whether the explosion-proof membrane is leaking internally.
⑭ Check if the sound of the reducer and motor is normal. Touch the parts of the reducer, motor, base bearing, and other parts to determine the temperature situation. Generally, the temperature does not exceed 40 ℃, and the maximum temperature does not exceed 60 ℃ (it is normal if the back of the hand can stay on it for more than 8 seconds).
⑮ Check if there is any oil leakage in the reducer, if the shaft seal is intact, if the oil pump is oiled, check the oil level and quality changes in the reducer, and if there is a shortage of oil in the sealing oil box of the kettle machine. If necessary, add or update the corresponding oil.
⑯ The reducer shall be equipped with 40 # - 50 # engine oil or 70 # - 90 # extreme pressure industrial gear oil. After the first 20 days of operation (8 hours a day), the engine oil shall be replaced and the oil stain in the oil tank shall be cleaned. Afterwards, the oil tank shall be replaced and cleaned every 3-5 months.
⑰ Keep the mixing shaft clean, and check if the rotation direction of the mixing shaft is clockwise for the shaft connected by the round nut. Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.
⑱ Regularly inspect the condition of accessories inside the kettle and tighten loose bolts, and replace relevant components if necessary
⑲ If the glass lined reactor is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned thoroughly, and lubricating oil should be injected everywhere and the power should be cut off.
⑳ Maintain good equipment hygiene, ensure no oil stains, and ensure that the equipment is in its original color.
