Tianzhi Chenye's environmental protection technology innovation project has been steadily promoted

Recently, Xinjiang Tianye Group Tianzhi Chenye Chemical Co., Ltd. completed the technical transformation project of the furnace gas purification desalination device. After the project is put into operation, it can increase the efficiency of the enterprise by more than 600000 yuan every year. It is estimated that the investment cost can be recovered within three years.

It is reported that in actual production, the company's furnace gas purification and decarbonization system will generate a large number of salt substances during operation. If it is not removed in time, it is easy to cause decarburization filler corrosion and filler blockage, leading to decarburization efficiency reduction, increased consumption, and even the product gas quality is not up to standard, the device cannot operate normally, increasing operating costs and environmental pressure. To this end, Tianzhi Chenye set up a research team and decided to add a solution purification desalination system to completely solve this production problem through many exchanges, studies and experiments.

"This technical transformation is based on the existing equipment, and the desalination device is added. After the device is put into use, the service life of the equipment filler can be extended from one year to three years, the annual consumption of decarburization solution can be reduced by 20%, and the operation cycle of the decarburization system can be greatly extended. The safety and clean production level of the production system will be greatly improved." Jing Chao, director of the furnace gas purification workshop of Tianzhi Chenye, said.

In recent years, Tianzhi Chenye has continued to increase its investment in technological innovation. In 2022 alone, it will invest 120 million yuan in 28 technological innovation projects. After the completion and operation of the technical transformation project of the furnace gas purification and desalination unit, the production process and equipment will be further optimized to promote the transformation and implementation of the company's technological innovation achievements.
