1. Before adding materials to the stainless steel reaction kettle, the mixer should be turned on first. When there is no noise and it is normal, the material should be added to the kettle, and the amount of material added should not exceed the process requirements.
2. It is necessary to strictly follow the process requirements and add materials in order, and do not change the feeding order arbitrarily.
3. After the feeding is completed, start heating up. Do not heat up too fast or too slowly, but slowly raise the temperature to the appropriate temperature for the material reaction within a regular time.
4. During the insulation process, the kettle temperature should be checked at any time and corresponding records should be kept. If the kettle temperature is abnormal, methods should be taken in a timely manner to maintain normal reaction temperature.
5. When opening the water valve, first open the return valve and research the inlet valve. The cooling water pressure excitation should be well controlled and should not be lower than 0.1 MPa or higher than 0.2 MPa.
6. It is necessary to circulate the condensate water during the operation of the reaction kettle, and the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the stainless steel reaction kettle should not exceed 40 ° C. When the discharge of condensed water is obstructed and causes severe arch deformation of the reaction kettle, emergency measures should be taken to discharge the condensed water. If it is still ineffective, the kettle should be stopped.
7. Check the working condition of the equipment at any time, and if any abnormalities are found, park the vehicle for maintenance in a timely manner.
8. After discharging, the residue inside the stainless steel reaction kettle should be washed clean.
