1. The difference between the supporting ears and legs of the glass lined reaction kettle:

In principle, ear support is generally chosen, which is a suspended support method with ear type support welded on the upper end of the jacket. This is easy to use with other equipment such as condensers, pipelines, storage tanks, etc. The selection of ear support requires an operating platform. The design of the operating platform is based on the size of the reaction kettle, composed of channel steel, circular pipes, etc., and other equipment matched according to the process is also convenient for installation and operation.

If a single reactor is used, support legs are generally chosen, which include three or four leg shaped supports in the jacket at the bottom of the reactor. This is a floor type support, especially for small reactors with a volume of less than 500L. This support method does not require a welding operation platform, which is more convenient to place and move. However, it is very important to determine the length of the support legs, in other words, the height of the bottom valve to the ground, The length of the support leg is generally around 500mm.

2. Glass lined storage tank: The support method for vertical storage tanks is the same as that for glass lined reaction kettles, while for horizontal tanks, saddle type supports are used, that is, a saddle type support is installed at both ends of the horizontal storage tank slightly closer to the inside, belonging to floor type support.

3. Enamel glass distillation tank, the same as enamel glass reaction kettle.

4. Glass lined condensers and other glass lined equipment can be placed in the air or on the floor on the operating platform.
