How to extend the service life of stainless steel reactor

1. After the completion of the stainless steel reactor equipment, fill the water jacket with engine oil. Cooling and lubricating the machine seal to extend its service life.

2. Roll the electric fan wings of the reaction kettle motor by hand, without any abnormal noise, with flexible rolling and no oil leakage.

3. When refueling the reaction kettle, add oil from the refueling cup and see that there is oil in the cup.

4. When testing the reducer of the stainless steel reactor, 46 # steam engine oil should be added for lubrication. After 20 days of operation, the reducer should undergo the first oil change. In the future, the oil should be changed every six months. When changing the oil, the oil nut can be opened.

5. If conditions permit, connect the reactor water jacket with circulating water for cooling (it may not be necessary even if the operating temperature is not high), and the cooling water should be low in and high out.

6. When lifting the reactor cover, if the workshop height is not high, the motor and reducer can be disassembled

7. When disassembling the stainless steel reactor motor, loosen the four bolts and remove them using a flat wing or pulling method. Alternatively, by disassembling the gearbox, its height can be reduced. The method is to loosen and remove the bolts at the connection between the reducer and the bracket, and remove the four bolts of the bracket coupling together. After the equipment inspection is completed, connect it again. And roll the electric fan wings by hand to see if they are rolling smoothly. After there is no abnormal noise, they can be put into use (note: full engine oil is required).
