The melting quality of enamel recrystallization reactor enamel has a great relationship with the quality of enamel products. The quality of the enamel mentioned here refers to the excessive melting and impermeability of the enamel.
①Excessive melting of the bottom glaze will reduce the adhesion strength of enamel products, and the porcelain surface will be prone to orange peel wrinkles. Then the firing temperature is increased, the porcelain surface is boiled, and the adhesion strength is poor.
②Excessive melting of the glaze will reduce the turbidity of the enamel products and cause poor whiteness; if the melting is not transparent, the gloss of the porcelain surface of the enamel products will be reduced, which may cause white pockmarks.
③Excessive melting of titanium glaze will make the porcelain surface of enamel products yellow and gray, with poor whiteness and low luster; if the titanium glaze is not melted, the porcelain surface will be blue-gray with poor luster.
The melting degree of enamel enamel not only affects the appearance quality of enamel products, but also has a certain influence on the physical and chemical properties of enamel products such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, mechanical strength, adhesion, gloss and whiteness. Therefore, in the production process of enamel, various process parameters must be strictly controlled to ensure the melting quality.
