The degree of crosslinking should also be taken into account when selecting the resin. Most biological products have large molecules, so the resin with low degree of crosslinking should be selected. However, too small cross-linking will affect the selectivity of the resin, and it is easy to crush, resulting in the loss of resin during use. Therefore, the principle of selecting cross-linking degree is to improve the cross-linking degree as much as possible without affecting the exchange capacity.
