Standard pipe lengths include 1.5m, 2.0m, 3.0m, 4.5m, 6.0m, 9.0m, etc. The number, length, and diameter of pipes are determined by the heat transfer area of the heat exchanger, and the selected diameter and length should meet the specifications. Tubular heat exchangers generally use large diameter pipes for viscous or dirty fluids, while small diameter pipes are used for cleaner fluids.
