1. Components

① The components and accessories of the tubular heat exchanger are complete and complete, and the erosion and corrosion of the shell, tube pass, and head are within the allowable range. The number of blocked pipes in the tube bundle does not exceed 10% of the total number of tube bundles, and there is no serious distortion or deformation of the partition, baffle, and anti impact plate.

② Instruments and various safety devices are complete, complete, sensitive, and accurate.

③ The foundation and base are intact and free from tilting, sinking, cracks, and other phenomena.

④ The connecting bolts of each part are tightened completely, without rust, and meet the technical requirements.

2. Operational performance

① The temperature, pressure, flow rate and other parameters of each part of the tubular heat exchanger meet the technical requirements.

② The valve switches of each part of the equipment are normal.

③ The heat exchange efficiency reaches the value indicated on the nameplate.

3. Technical Information

① Equipment archives, factory quality instructions, maintenance and acceptance records are complete.

② The technical information of pressure vessels is complete and accurate.

③ There is a statistical record of the running time and cumulative running time.

④ The equipment drawings are complete.

⑤ The operating procedures and maintenance and repair procedures are complete.

4. Equipment environment

① The equipment and environment are neat and clean, free from dirt and garbage.

② The sealing surfaces of the expansion joint, welding joint, pipe mouth, flange, valve, etc. of the tubular heat exchanger are intact, and the leakage is within the allowable range.
