Operation and use of glass-lined reactor

1.Preparation work before driving the glass-lined reactor

① Prepare necessary driving tools, such as wrench, pipe wrench, etc.;

② check the kettle, stirrer, rotating parts, ancillary equipment, indicating instrumentation, safety valves, piping and valves are in line with safety requirements;

③Check whether water, electricity and gas meet the safety requirements;

④ Ensure that there is no lack of oil in the reducer, seat bearing and kettle seal oil box;

⑤Confirm that the transmission part is intact, start the motor, check whether the stirring shaft is rotating in clockwise direction, and forbid the reverse rotation; 6 use nitrogen (compressed air) to test the leakage, check whether the inlet and outlet valves are leaking internally, and whether there is leakage in the relevant dynamic and static sealing points, and use the direct venting valve to relieve the pressure, to see whether the pressure can be relieved very quickly.

2. Glass-lined reactor driving

①The stirrer of the reactor should be opened before adding materials, and when it is normal, the materials will be added to the reactor according to the operation procedure of the process, and the quantity of materials added shall not exceed the requirements of the process.

② strictly in accordance with the provisions of the material proportion of the process to add (cast) material, and balanced control of the charging rate and heating speed, to prevent the wrong proportion or add (cast) material too fast, causing violent reaction in the kettle, over-temperature, overpressure, overload and other abnormalities, and cause equipment safety accidents.

③ Reaction sign in operation should strictly implement the process operating procedures, prohibit over-temperature, over-pressure, overloading operation; where over-temperature, over-pressure, overloading and other abnormalities, immediately take appropriate measures according to process regulations. Prohibit exceeding the specified liquid level.

④ Before opening the steam valve, open the return valve first and then the inlet valve. Open the steam valve should be slow, so that the jacket preheating, gradually increase the pressure, the jacket pressure is not allowed to exceed the specified value.

⑤ Steam valve and cooling valve can not be opened at the same time, steam pipeline ventilation is not allowed to hammer and collision.

When opening the cooling water valve, open the return valve first and then open the inlet valve. Cooling water pressure shall not be lower than 0.1MPa or higher than 0.2MPa.

3. Glass-lined reactor parking

①Stop stirring, cut off the power supply and close all kinds of valves after dealing with the materials of the reactor according to the process operation procedure.

② out of the material must cut off the mixer power supply, hanging warning signs, and set up a person to monitor.

③Check, clean or blow the relevant pipeline and equipment, according to the process operating procedures to confirm the qualification of the next cycle of operation.

④ reaction kettle must be required by the pressure vessel for periodic technical inspection, inspection is unqualified, shall not be opened for operation.
