Structural principle of stainless steel reactor:

1. The reaction kettle is composed of pot body, pot cover, agitator, jacket, support, transmission device, shaft seal, etc. The materials and openings can be made according to the user's process requirements.

2. The heating forms include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open flame heating, etc.

3. Jacket types include jacket type and outer half pipe type. Jacket oil heating type is equipped with a guide device.

4. The mixing forms generally include propeller type, anchor type, frame type, screw type, scraper type, etc. The high speed grades are distributed impeller type, turbine type, high shear type and propeller type for customers to choose according to the process.

5. Transmission forms include ordinary motor, flameproof motor, electromagnetic speed regulating motor, frequency converter, etc. The reducer has cycloidal pin wheel type, worm wheel type and planetary stepless speed change type.

6. The shaft seal is a common water-cooled packing seal, a combined PTFE packing seal and a mechanical seal. Discharge forms include ball valve and lower expansion valve.
