3. High pressure resistance, able to withstand up to three megapascals of operating pressure within the temperature range.
4. The PTFE lining pipeline is impermeable and uses high-quality polytetrachloroethylene resin. Through advanced fabric technology, it is processed into a high-density and thickness compliant PTFE fabric layer, making the product have excellent impermeability performance.
5. All molded and sintered skill fabrics have solved the problem of steel fluorine cold and hot elasticity, enabling them to achieve synchronous elasticity.
6. Adopting a relatively standardized scale for production, especially the PTFE lined pipes and their accessories used in chemical pipelines have strong interchangeability. In order to provide greater convenience for devices and spare parts, the product design complies with HG, GB, and other specifications. The production scale is DN15 to DN600mm, and the suitable working temperature is -60 degrees Celsius to 150 degrees Celsius. The suitable working pressure is positive pressure, which is the same as the shell steel parts, Negative pressure less than or equal to 150 degrees Celsius, full negative pressure.
